ETIAS PER I MESSICANI

Mexican visitors visiting Europe will be able to apply for a new travel permit, the European Travel Information and Authorisation System, beginning in November 2023.

Questo approccio renderà più facile per chiunque entrare nello Spazio Schengen europeo. L’obiettivo è anche quello di rafforzare la sicurezza delle frontiere, limitare l’immigrazione illegale in Europa e combattere le attività criminali. VIAGGIARE DAL MESSICO ALL’EUROPA CON ETIAS

L’ETIAS sarà operativo a partire dal novembre 2023. Mexican people visiting Schengen nations will be need to apply once it becomes mandatory.

Mexicans do not require a visa to enter the Schengen Area for up to 90 days, and this will not change with the implementation of ETIAS. ETIAS is a visa waiver or travel authorization for Europe, not a visa. DOVE POSSONO VIAGGIARE I CITTADINI MESSICANI IN EUROPA CON UN ETIAS?

Mexican nationals who travel to the Schengen zone with an ETIAS will be allowed to enter all member states once they reach in their designated country of entry. I messicani in possesso dell’ETIAS potranno entrare nella zona Schengen e viaggiare liberamente al suo interno per un massimo di tre mesi.

I messicani possono viaggiare in Paesi Schengen come Francia, Germania, Spagna e Polonia dopo essere arrivati nello Stato d’ingresso prescelto. Sarà inoltre consentito loro di visitare i quattro Paesi dell’EFTA non membri dell’UE, tra cui Islanda e Norvegia. L’ETIAS sarà necessario anche per viaggiare in Bulgaria, Croazia, Cipro e Romania, tutti Paesi dell’UE che stanno per entrare nell’area Schengen.

REQUISITI PER L’ESENZIONE DAL VISTO ETIAS PER I CITTADINI MESSICANI

The Europe visa waiver for Mexicans will allow visitors to enter Europe by land, sea, or air and travel freely across the EU zone with only one European travel authorization authorised before to departure.

Mexican citizens will require the following documents to apply for the ETIAS visa waiver:

• A valid Mexican passport
• Carta di credito/debito
• Indirizzo e-mail valido

All Mexicans travelling to Europe must have a passport that is valid for at least three months beyond their scheduled arrival date.

COME RECARSI IN EUROPA CON IL PASSAPORTO MESSICANO

Mexican nationals must complete a series of online processes in order to apply for the new ETIAS visa waiver system. Per prima cosa devono visitare il modulo di domanda online dell’ETIAS. Una volta aperti, dovranno realizzare quanto segue:

1. FORNIRE I DATI BIOMETRICI:

Mexicans will be requested to give personal information such as their full name, maiden name (if married), date and place of birth at this phase of the registration process. Devono inoltre dichiarare la loro nazionalità messicana e il loro sesso. Questi garantiranno che l’individuo sia correttamente identificato e possa semplicemente passare attraverso i controlli di sicurezza dell’aeroporto.

Applicants must provide details from their Mexican passport. Successivamente devono fornire il numero di passaporto, la data di emissione e la data di scadenza. The passport should be valid for three months from the date of entry into the Schengen Area.

3. INSERIRE INFORMAZIONI DI CONTATTO AGGIORNATE:

The applicant must enter their current address in Mexico, a registered email address (which must be valid because it is where they will get their approved ETIAS), and a contact phone number.

4. INDICARE IL PAESE DI ARRIVO NELL’AREA SCHENGEN:

The ETIAS requires applicants to declare which Schengen member state they will visit first from Mexico. I visitatori sarebbero autorizzati a visitare tutti i Paesi membri di Schengen per un massimo di 90 giorni una volta all’interno della zona Schengen. Si tenga presente che, per motivi di sicurezza, i funzionari di frontiera del Paese in cui il richiedente arriva avranno l’ultima parola sul permesso o meno di entrare nel Paese e nell’Area Schengen.

5. RISPONDERE A UNA SERIE DI DOMANDE SULLA SITUAZIONE PERSONALE:

The applicant will be asked a series of questions about their educational history and present job position in Mexico in this part. These are designed to verify that candidates are not entering the Schengen zone in order to work in Europe with an ETIAS (this is not permitted with the travel authorisation).

6. COMPLETARE UNA SELEZIONE DI DOMANDE DI SICUREZZA:

When applying for an ETIAS, applicants will be expected to answer a variety of security questions in order to guarantee that the aim of improving border security in the Schengen zone is reached. In questa fase del processo di candidatura verrà chiesto loro se hanno viaggiato in zone di conflitto attivo e se hanno precedenti penali in Messico. 7. INDICARE EVENTUALI RAPPORTI DI PARENTELA CON CITTADINI EUROPEI IN VISITA (FACOLTATIVO):

Applicants from Mexico may be requested to confirm their relationship to any EU residents or third-country nationals living in member states with whom they would be staying during their travel to the Schengen Area of Europe at this optional phase.

Dopo l’invio della domanda, le informazioni saranno esaminate in base a una serie di database penali, cittadini e informativi. Questa procedura garantisce che le informazioni del richiedente siano valide e che i suoi dati possano essere salvati, incrociati e comunicati alle autorità competenti, consentendo di aderire al blocco in modo sicuro e protetto. EURODAC Successful candidates will get their ETIAS through email after they have been authorised. Può essere stampato ed esibito insieme al passaporto al momento dell’ingresso nell’area Schengen dell’UE.
